I've known camu longer than anyone in any crew he was ever in and I know he would love to be remembered for the obsession he put into his music and art. Much love fam. As for not seeing any photos of Solid Scheme your correct Chris and I were really on the low. We just made beats. Chris Passed away on March 9th 2001 of a suddden heart attack he was only 31That was my Dog! As for me I'm still making beats living in Los Angeles though originally from Brooklyn.

Thank you for visiting my blog and if I may, here are some brief details about me...

I have spent many years playing, listening to and writing about Hip Hop, I have worked in a few record stores, been a club/bar/mobile DJ and a longtime underground Hip Hop radio DJ in Wellington, New Zealand.

I have written articles, pieces and reviews etc for magazines like Stealth (Australia), Back To Basics (New Zealand) and a few others over the years.

The main focus here at CRDS is to present the best (sometimes rare and obscure) joints from the Golden Age of the 1980's, 1990's, and early 2000's material in compilation form and some of the best in true Hip Hop these days at times.)

This blog also likes to focus on overlooked and under-rated producers and the artists they have worked with.
